Started Everything
It began not in a boardroom, but with a frustration every school administrator knew — mountains of paperwork and disconnected systems. In 2009, MCB was born from a single conviction: education deserves better infrastructure. MCB Smart School ERP was more than software. It was the first answer to a question nobody had properly asked.
Needs Its First Convert
Ours was K-12 Techno — a forward-thinking institution willing to bet on a new kind of school management. That partnership didn't just validate the product; it proved the idea. The Smart School ERP went live, and for the first time, we watched administrators exhale.
Going Mobile
Word travels fast when something works. Ryan Group joined the MCB family — bringing scale and ambition. Schools weren't chained to desks, so we made sure MCB wasn't either. Android and iOS apps launched, putting institution management in every administrator's pocket.

Numbers tell the truth. 300,000 students. 500 schools. Then — one million active users. What began as a product became a platform. The Visitor Information System launched. Data started flowing intelligently. MCB had crossed a threshold most edtech companies only dream about.
Stopped, We Didn't
The pandemic rewrote the rules of education overnight. Classrooms went dark. But inside MCB, the lights stayed on. We integrated live video conferencing and launched Online Classes within the LMS — sometimes in days. When 1.4 million students needed school to come to them, MCB was already there.
& 1.7 Million Students
Education and finance have always been tangled. We decided to untangle them. Student loan integrations and eNACH payment automation meant families spent less time at the fee counter. A completely redesigned interface made self-navigation intuitive. The number climbed — 17 lakh students now called MCB home.
the Ceiling
It was only the foundation. MCB began engineering for the world. International curriculum modules for IB, Cambridge, and global frameworks. An enhanced parent app gave families unprecedented visibility into their child's academic journey, complete with student portfolio tracking.
Era Begins
After fifteen years of building for today, it was time to build for tomorrow. HPC, Ved AI, and Admissions Plus transformed MCB from a management platform into an intelligent operating system. Deep analytics doesn't just describe what happened — it predicts what's coming.
